Your room will be available after 2pm on the day of your arrival, but should you wish to arrive earlier than we will endeavor to have your room ready. If unfortunately the room isn't ready in time you are more than welcome to leave your car and go for a walk or relax in the lounge.

Please advise us before your arrival should you have any dietary requirements, with particular regard to any allergens, so the Chef may be informed accordingly.

A non-refundable deposit is required of 35% of the total accommodation charge payable on confirmation of booking.

Should you have to cancel your booking within 14 days of your stay, you may be charged in full if we are unable to recover lost revenue by re–letting the accommodation.

Please note: we reserve the right to charge in full the cost of the first nights stay where a booking is cancelled later than noon two days before your stay or in the event of a no–show.

The Swinside Lodge Hotel is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Dress code is smart casual with no jeans or T-shirts.
