Booking Conditions

We require a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total accommodation charge up to a maximum deposit amount of £300 payable on confirmation of booking.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - You may be charged in full if we are unable to recover lost revenue by re-letting the accommodation.
A reservation is a legally binding contract and we recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your booking.
Travellers Protection Service Ltd (tel: 0845 2187161) will offer suitable cover.
